And I'm doing a little throwback and showing you some of ours. :) 2010 When Avi turned one we dressed her up as a beautiful little butterfly. We took her trick or treating for the first time and she had a lot of fun. She got really excited when she got candy after ringing the doorbells.  2011 In 2011 I don't remember what she wore while trick or treating, we went trick or treating with my brother and his kids, but I don't seem to have any pictures of that.. Today I'm giving you another home tour and showing you where I blog. It used to vary a lot, in our old home I used to blog from the couch, currently I blog from the living room. It's not the same though, because I no longer do it from the couch. I was using Pablo's desk for a while, but then we got a new kitchen table and I brought the little one to the living room and placed it right next to his. While I was still using Pablo's desk I used the little one to make the puzzle we bought while in Munich. as you can see we still haven't bought a frame for the puzzle so it's still on the table. I like how it looks though.  I mentioned this in my home tour part 1 post, but we have not decorated the walls, I don't know if we plan on doing it, maybe later.  Where do you usually blog from? * I'm getting nostalgic reading all the "back to school" tradition posts, and as our last day of pre-k and first day of Kindergarten approaches, I don't know if i'm nervous or excited.  We're taking a step closer to reach #classof2028, even though that is not how things are done here, I just want other class of 2028 moms to reach out! Hint, hint. The first day of school is done differently here than what i'm used to,from what I can remember,  I'll post more on that once the day finally comes. My favorite room in the house, my this is a tough one, right now it has to be the living room, since it is so spacious, but we have yet to fill it.  I've decided I will be reviewing the furniture we've recently bought for our house in Kaiserslautern, just because some of the items we've bought are worth it, it took us a long time to decide and well, this might save someone the trouble in the future.  So far we have 5 major pieces of furniture and the rest will be bought within the next couple of months. It took us a while to decide what to buy first, we went over our budget and prioritized. We still have a lot of items on our list, and will be buying them little by title each month.  Aft er many trips to different furniture stores including the local POCO and Möbel Fundgrübe, we purchased a substitute for an item on the top of  our list. Day 7 - Today's prompt Is what is your best or worst vacation. I don't think there is such thing as a bad vacation? Maybe you can go to the beach and it rains all week, but there's always something to do. I'm going with best for today, and I'm going to tell you about one of my favorite ones. My top two are: Christmas 2010 , which was spent in Charlotte, NC (where I got to see snow for the first time!) and Orlando, FL (where Pablo and I went on a "graduation present" to Universal Studios) and Summer 2014 , during which we did a sort of "Eurotrip." Our best, and my favorite vacation was the 15 days we did around Europe this summer. My sister had flown in from the states in June to visit us for a month. During that time I had planned two weeks of visiting different cities that interested us across Europe.
