W is for Work.

This is actually the last post I have regarding my theme for this challenge . the next three days I will be winging it. I really like the Work Environment in Germany, yet again the only work experience I had before moving here was in a call center. I still think my six month internship was the best, here is some of the things that occurred that I really liked. You learn I created this blog in 2013 when we were learning about java and CSS at work. We had to create a blog/webpage for a made up company. so we did that, but then I decided I would do a real one and here you have it two years and 150 posts later! Working times As in many other places the working hours are regulated on a legal basis by the “ Arbeitszeitgesetz ”. Working week of more than 48 hours on average during a 6 month period must not be exceeded. letzten Tag der Arbeit

Casamundo on  26. Juli 2013 My last day of work was Wednesday  but since I got sick (gastroenteritis) I was unable to attend.. so my real last day of work was Monday! Anyways last week before I got transfered to happycar.de  I had asked my workmates if they wanted me to take lunch for my last day of work as the abschiedsessen..  (since its a tradition to take something to share, usually sweets or so) I offered them Chili dog, Mexican style.. they said yes, except for two of them that are Vegans and decided to make chili sin carne con tofu.  I ended up changing the day to Friday instead of wed. and well.. it was a total success :) The food came out delicious, everybody enjoyed it! As a goodbye present they got me a "I <3 Hamburg" coffee mug some chocolates and a postcard signed by them..  one of the chocolate is flavored "Chili Kirsch" (cherry chili) it is actually a bit ...

I'm doing a short post today, letting you know what I did at work, something excited happened! Although I've already mentioned it before, I'm currently working on SEO , and with that I have to guest post on different sites to boost up our job website.  I had only been doing reciprical links, but recently I decided to go for it. As you can probably tell I've decided to start a blog, but I don't think I'll be writing a lot just a few sentences here and there. Talking from a family of 3 on a student budget's point of view. They say it is recommended to keep a sort of diary while abroad, and this is how I will be letting you know how we manage to live our everyday expat lives with limited funds.
